Are your watches genuine?

Yes, our watches are genuine. They are bought from certified EU wholesalers.

Do you have certificates of authenticity?

Yes, each watch includes all original manufacturer documentation, including authenticity certificates where provided. We also maintain detailed records of our supply chain for verification.

Are your watches in mint condition?

Yes, our watches are bought directly from certified EU wholesalers in mint condition. The watches arrived with all original documents and box from the manufacturers factory. The watches will only ever have been opened for inspections, quality control and product photography.

Have your watches ever been worn?

No, our watches have never been worn. Our policy is a "least handling" policy, meaning that the customer receives the watch in almost untouched condition. The only handling the watch receives is during a general watch inspection and quality control.

How do I know what size watch will fit me?

Each watch is supplied with a detailed description including the dimensions of the watch. Generally, a case diameter of 38-42mm works for most men, while 32-38mm suits most women. We're happy to provide sizing advice based on your preferences.

Can you provide additional photos of specific watches?

Absolutely. We can provide additional angles, close-up details, or specific shots you'd like to see. Each watch is photographed individually to show its exact condition.

What is included with each watch purchase?

Each watch comes with its original box, all manufacturer documentation, warranty cards, instruction manuals, and any included accessories like extra links or straps.

Do you sell watch accessories (straps, boxes, etc.)?

Currently we focus exclusively on complete watches with their original accessories.

How long have you been in business?

Sealand Watches was founded in 2025, but our founders are experts in the watch trade with experience dating back to the early 2000's.

Can I inspect the watch before purchasing?

Due to our small size, our company operates entirely online - we cannot offer in-person inspections of our watches. Watches can be inspected with images available on each listing or by asking for additional pictures.

Do you have physical store locations?

No, we are solely an online retailer.

How can I verify your business credentials?

We're fully registered with the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen) and moms (VAT) registered. Our CVR number and business details are available upon request for verification.

Can you provide references from previous customers?

We're building our reputation and are happy to provide references from satisfied customers who have given permission to share their experiences.
